High Current SMU

High Voltage SMU

PXI SMU

Source and Measurement Units (SMUs) are devices that generate voltages or currents and can measure them simultaneously using the integrated measurement units (VMU, CMU). PXI Source Measurement Units are implemented as a plug-in card and additionally require a PXI chassis and system controller to work. The devices are usually supplied via the backplane of the PXI chassis.
